Important Rental Terms

Please review before sending your request.

$50 reservation deposit: credited toward the rental total and forfeited if the customer cancels.

Fuel: excavator must be returned full of regular unleaded. If Noble Construction has to refuel the excavator, a $50 refueling charge applies. If a rented fuel can is returned needing fuel, a separate $50 refueling charge applies to the can.

Cleaning: heavy mud or excessive dirt may result in a $100–$250 cleaning charge.

Late return: $50/hour, capped at the $200 full-day rate. Late fees do not extend or authorize continued use.

Damage: renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

I understand these rental terms and that submitting this form is a request, not a confirmed reservation until Noble Construction approves the date and receives the $50 reservation deposit.
